Project Management for Owner Builders

Occasionally, Owner Building Solutions Australia is asked to take a greater involvement in the projects of our past students.

Generally this takes the form of an established Project Management agreement between Owner Building Solutions and the client.

Often this service is requested and provided as a result of the client realising he or she simply does not have the time to devote to the running and administration of the project.

It is important to realise that Owner building is easy if you follow the rules and have the time to devote to the project.

Your time is what saves you money.

Engaging Owner Building Solutions is a convenient and cost effective way to maintain control of your project while having access to professional advice and assistance, particularly at critical construction stages.

We only take on a limited number of projects per year, so you can be assured you will receive appropriate support and administrative assistance.

Using our fully developed Project Management System, we coordinate all on site and off site activities as detailed in the agreement.

This service is undertaken at an agreed percentage of the contract value (build cost) as determined during the planning program.
